An excellent source of antioxidants, elderberries are traditionally used in herbalism to help relieve cold and flu symptoms such as coughs, sore throats and upper respiratory post nasal drip. Each capsule is made from 500mg freeze-dried Canadian organic elderberries (equivalent to 2,500 mg of fresh elderberries) and contains all the benefits of elderberry without added sugar.
Organic elderberry capsules can be used all year round, either preventatively (when traveling) or at any time when the need arises.

Recommended use
