Recommended use

Organic elderberry concentrate 5:1:
  • Adults:          60 drops
  • 14 to 17 y/o: 48 drops
  • 10 to 13 y/o: 30 drops
  • 5 to 9 y/o:     18 drops
  • 2 to 4 y/o:     12 drops
