SURO® Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is exceptional. It all starts with apples hand-picked from the tree, not fallen to the ground. More than a year passes from the time of apple picking until we finish producing organic apple cider vinegar. Made according to an ancestral method from a Mother of vinegar, it is unpasteurized and unfiltered. Made in Canada from apples grown in Canada.
This artisanal process takes longer than commercially produced vinegars, but it ensures maximum health benefits. Rich in antioxidants and potassium, it also contains calcium and phosphorus.
In addition to its benefits, it is excellent in vinaigrettes, delicious for marinating meats, it pleasantly enhances sauces and marinades.
This premium organic cider vinegar is used in our cough syrups.
